It brings me immense joy to help people find relaxation, relief, and a renewed sense of balance. I'm a proud parent to four wonderful children, accompanied by two delightful dogs and a playful cat. When I'm not busy with family life, you can often find me engrossed in a captivating book or exploring the serene beauty of the woods while walking my furry companions. Life is an adventure, and I'm grateful for every moment.
My focus lies in working with moms and teenagers who often find themselves overwhelmed by stress and anxiety. Heather, LMT
Heather's (She/Her/Hers) journey into massage therapy began in Ipswich, Massachusetts in 2002. Initially, she honed her skills at Boston's Logan Airport, before relocating to Minnesota in 2004. Since 2008, Heather has been practicing massage therapy in Minnesota, skillfully balancing her professional career with raising a family. Heather is proficient in various massage techniques including prenatal, hot stone, deep tissue, and relaxation massages.
Passionate about continuous learning, she is currently enhancing her skills through online resources to better address low back, sacroiliac joint, and hip pain. Additionally, Heather has a special interest in treating plantar fasciitis and plans to pursue further training in this area. Heather's approach to massage therapy combines professional expertise with a deep commitment to personal well-being, ensuring a holistic experience for her clients.

*Pre-natal sessions are available for 60 or 90 min sessions only and will be performed face-up, elevated on a cushioned wedge with additional cushions for comfort and support.

Myofascial release is a gentle yet effective therapeutic technique that focuses on releasing tension and tightness in the myofascial system. This specialized massage targets the fascia, a thin layer of connective tissue that covers and surrounds muscles, bones, and organs throughout the body.
Teen massage consists of soothing touch and targeted techniques, teen massage helps alleviate muscular tension, improves circulation, and contributes to overall physical relaxation. I believe deeply in the importance of our work for your overall well-being. With this in mind, I've chosen to adopt a no-tipping policy. This decision reflects my dedication to providing professional, therapeutic value in every session.
Here are our straightforward prices, designed to offer you clear, upfront value:
60 minutes hands-on treatment $125+ tax
90 minutes hands-on treatment $180 + tax
120 minutes hands-on treatment $240 + tax
Each Session is crafted with your well-being as the top priority, ensuring you receive the best care without the need for gratuities.
All types of treatments include a hot towel and aromatherapy if desired.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to cancel or reschedule your massage appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us ample time to offer the appointment to another client in need.
For cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours in advance, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the service cost will be charged. However, we do understand that emergencies or sudden illnesses can occur, and we will handle such cases on an individual basis.
Preparing for a massage and knowing what to expect can greatly enhance your overall
experience and ensure maximum relaxation. Here are a few things to help you prepare:
1. Hydrate: Drink plenty of water before your massage to ensure you're well-
hydrated. Proper hydration helps loosen muscles and aids in toxin elimination.
2. Communicate: Before your session, communicate your specific needs,
preferences, and any medical conditions. This will help me tailor the massage to
your specific requirements.
3. Arrive early: Arriving early will give you time to relax and mentally prepare for the
massage. It also allows you to fill out any necessary paperwork or discuss your
goals with me.
4. Relax your mind: Clear your mind of any stress or distractions before your
massage. You can do this through deep breathing exercises or practicing
mindfulness techniques.
5. Avoid heavy meals: It's best not to eat a heavy meal right before your massage.
A light, balanced snack a couple of hours before the session should suffice.
6. Turn off electronics: Before entering the massage room, turn off your phone and
any other electronic devices. This will minimize distractions and allow you to fully
disconnect and unwind.
After a massage, it is important to take a few moments to let your body relax and adjust.
Here are a few things to consider:
1. Drink water: Hydrating your body after a massage is essential. It helps remove
toxins released during the massage and prevents dehydration.
2. Take it easy: Allow yourself some time to rest and avoid strenuous activities
immediately after a massage. Your muscles may be relaxed, and sudden intense
activities could strain them.
3. Stretch gently: Perform some gentle stretches to enhance the benefits of the
massage and promote flexibility. However, avoid intense stretching or strenuous
exercises right away.
4. Avoid caffeine and alcohol: These substances can dehydrate your body, so it's
best to stay away from them for several hours post-massage.
5. Listen to your body: Pay attention to how you feel after a massage and take note
of any improvements and how long they last. This will help me determine how to
treat you and your specific needs to the best of my ability next time.
